When ordering, please specify your cocktails and fruits in the “Define drinks” line.

Lillet Cocktails

1. Lillet Vive (Klassiker)
Ingredients:
5 cl Lillet Blanc
10 cl Tonic Water
Cucumber slices
Mint leaves
a few strawberry slices
Ice cubes
Preparation:
Fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
Pour in Lillet Blanc.
Top up with tonic water.
Garnish with cucumber, strawberry and mint.
Stir briefly – done!

2. Lillet Rosé Tonic
Ingredients:
5 cl Lillet Rosé
10 cl Tonic Water
Ice cubes
Grapefruit or orange slice
Preparation:
Put ice cubes in the glass.
Pour Lillet Rosé and tonic water.
Garnish with citrus fruit.
Stir or swirl lightly.

3. Lillet Wild Berry
Ingredients:
5 cl Lillet Blanc
10 cl Wild Berry
Fresh raspberries or strawberries
Ice cubes
Mint
Preparation:
Fill glass with ice.
Add Lillet Blanc and Wild Berry.
Garnish with fresh berries and mint.
Stir or swirl lightly.

4. Lillet Rosé Wild Berry
Ingredients:
5 cl Lillet Rosé
10 cl Wild Berry
Fresh raspberries or strawberries
Ice cubes
Mint
Preparation:
Fill glass with ice.
Add Lillet Blanc and Wild Berry.
Garnish with fresh berries and mint.

5. Lillet Rosé White Peach
Ingredients:
5 cl Lillet Rosé
10 cl White Peach
Fresh peach
Ice cubes
Preparation:
Fill glass with ice.
Add Lillet Rosé and White Peach and toss gently.
Garnish with a peach slice.

Hugo Cocktails

1. Hugo Klassik
Ingredients:
150 ml Prosecco
20 ml elderflower syrup
1 splash of sparkling mineral water
Lime slices
Fresh mint
Ice cubes
Preparation:
Gently press the mint and place it in the glass.
Add ice cubes.
Add elderflower syrup, prosecco and mineral water.
Garnish with lime and stir gently.

2. Hugo Rosé
Ingredients:
100 ml Rosé-Sekt oder Rosé-Prosecco
20 ml elderflower syrup
1 Spritzer Soda
Raspberries or strawberries
Mint & ice cubes
Preparation:
Add ice, mint and berries to the glass.
Add syrup, rosé sparkling wine and soda.
Stir briefly and enjoy.
