Cast off and fire up the grill! You'll cruise leisurely along the Moselle on the round BBQ donut, while the finest game sizzles on the grill in the middle. For two hours, you'll be the captain of your own gourmet raft – with views of vineyards, idyllic river scenery, and juicy steaks.
Whether deer, wild boar or red deer – here we don’t just grill, here we poached with dignity and spice!

- 4 x venison steaks (optional):

- Bread rolls, 1 kg potato salad, mustard and sauces (As an alternative to potato salad, grilled potatoes with rosemary and a jar of cranberries can be booked. Please specify if you wish to change this.)
